The Kidney Desk is handmade in Walnut Burr with Leather Top is one of our top of the range executive desks, with lozenge front inlay in swirl Mahogany and Vintage Brown leather top. Drawer interiors made of English Oak. Full suspension on the file drawers. Leather writing surface with gold tooling, solid oak file drawers on each side, satinwood banded sides and drawers with solid brass handles true to the period. The colouring and polishing of which there are over twelve separate processes are all hand worked and only after the final hand waxing will we be satisfied that the finish has reached our meticulous standards. These coloured finishes have been exclusively devised to enhance the natural beauty of the wood and to produce a superb patina. The selection of the materials is also most important and only mature seasoned timbers of good configuration are chosen. All wood is from managed and renewable sources.
