All furniture carry a minimum 12 to 24 month guarantee against constructional defects. Wood frames on sofas and chairs (office chairs included) carry up to 10 year guarantee. Certain types of leather carry a Lifetime Guarantee (care of leather is essential under our umbrella of products and recommendations).
Our guarantee covers normal usage only, excluding normal wear, defects or damage caused by abnormal use, accidents or any external causes.
